Yhteistyössä Ashfield Nordic Oy:n kanssa haemme kokenutta ja innovatiivista Customer Marketing Manageria/Tuotepäällikköä.  Tehtävässä vastaat eturauhassyövän hoitoon tarkoitettujen lääkkeidemme (Zytiga^® ja Erleada^®) markkinoinnista paikallisen strategian mukaisesti . Tehtävä on alustavasti vuoden määräaikainen.

Tehtäväalueesi:

• Vastaat erikoissairaanhoitoon suunnattujen eturauhassyöpä tuotteiden markkinoinnista urologeille ja onkologeille.
• Muokkaat IBVT-tiimiltä tulevaa materiaalia paikalliseen käyttöön soveltuvaksi sekä luot uutta materiaalia tiimin palautteiden pohjalta.
• Tuoteportfolion strateginen ja operatiivinen johtaminen
• Tuotelanseeraukset
• Digitaalinen markkinointi
• Budjetin hallinta
• Sisäiset ja ulkoiset suhteet keskeisiin sidosryhmiin

Odotamme sinulta:

• Vahvaa kokemusta vastaavista tehtävistä ja erityisesti tuotelanseerauksista
• Aiempaa kokemusta onkologisten tuotteiden myynnistä & markkinoinnista
• Sujuvaa suomen- ja englanninkielentaitoa
• Kykyä toimia cross-funktionaalisessa tiimissä, taitoa neuvotella ja löytää ratkaisuja
• Kokonaisuuksien nopeaa haltuunottoa sekä intoa oppia uutta kehittyvässä toimintaympäristössä
• Tavoitteellista ja itsenäistä työskentelyotetta
• Markkinoinnin digitaalista näkemyksellisyyttä ja osaamista
• Kykyä hoitaa useita erilaisia projekteja samanaikaisesti
• Asut Uudellamaalla tai sen läheisyydessä (työ on osittain etätyötä)
